We can talk about the past as sometimes this helps to make sense of how we are behaving now. Sometimes we hold beliefs from the past that stop us from moving forward in the present. We can work on recognising these self- limiting beliefs together to aid your progress towards your goals.

Coaching is an interactive experience. You must be willing to do some work on your own. A coach will help you travel down a path to the life you want.

The time that your coaching process will take depends on the complexity of your desired outcomes and your commitment and openness to your process. Every individual is different!
